OK, that single one is sufficient to understand. :-)
Using "reply to all" in gmail puts the list address in CC and replies to the list author directly.
I just have to remember that if(mailinglist) { replytoall(); } else { normalreply(); }

the reply-to needs no 'fixing'. if you want to reply to the list, you have to use the 'reply to all' feature of your mail client ;)
