Hi Steve,
thanks a lot for your measurements.
The only thing that puzzles me: It seems to max out at about 30.7dBm, that's about 1.17 Watts, i.e. much less than the 4W (36dBm) that it should be able to transmit as maximum power in GSM900...
Dieter: Could this related to the APC ramp? I.e. the ramp settings somehow limiting the power?
