You have rather old versions of osmocom software. Latest osmo-bts is 1.3.2 and osmo-pcu 0.9.0. I don't know where did you get them from, but first of all you should upgrade to latest stable. Check Osmocom OBS repositories.

Would you kindly advise whats going on please…. As i understand osmo-pcu is to implement GPRS into my GSM network… ok but if i dont want GPRS implemented thus i dont need PCU …. can i run virtual bts without this PCU things ?

Sure you can use your network/bts without gprs. Make sure to use VTY option "gprs mode none" in your osmo-bsc.cfg, and avoid setting any TS to PDCH ("phys_chan_config PDCH")
