And add into *etc/osmocom/osmo-bts.cfg*

trx 1 rxgain 12 power 0

restart services:* sudo sv restart osmo-trx osmo-bts osmo-nitb*

Regarding trx band dividing, theoretically it might possible but we haven't tested that
