This looks good. However, this SRAM is 18 MBits instead of 36 MBits. This makes a quite big difference. Are you sure this will be fine ? Andrey, do you confirm this is fine ? Is this chip fully pin compatible ?

18Mbit is fine, but I was wrong with the pin compatibility. Now looking at other options.
