Change subject: Introduce ausf testsuite
......................................................................
Introduce ausf testsuite
Introduce a new "ausf" testsuite which runs against open5gs-ausfd.
Start with a single test which already contains most of the
infrastructure needed and makes it easy to extend later on.

Change subject: tcap: Add SUA spec references regarding TCAP routing
......................................................................
tcap: Add SUA spec references regarding TCAP routing
It seems most of TCAP routing we have implemented is somehow documented
in RFC3868 (SUA).
The main difference is that we are implementing TCAP routing on top
of SCCPLite (IPA/SCCP) instead.
