Hi,
As we got our first ham radio TETRA BTS in TMO (maybe the first in the world, who knows?!) I wonder if there is any ongoing work creating a TETRA BS that is based on some SDR, like USRP or bladeRF?
Would be a quite interesting playground, and TETRA should be documented enough...
With best regards
Ralph.

You may want to get in touch with the guys from 'metafunk'[1] . They are running a ham radio TETRA BTS from a mountain in Vienna, though I am not entirely sure whether it is DMO or TMO. Is there documentation somewhere that describes what you have done?
Kind regards, -Alex

Should be DMO, those are quite common.

It wasn't me, the Taunus Relais Gruppe http://www.trg-radio.de/ - they adopted some commercial BS for TMO. I will log in in two weeks and play with it a bit, when I get into the Frankfurt area.
