After difficulty buying the funcubedongle i think i have found a possible alternative piece of hardware. Maybe even works better than FCD given a lot of people is reporting that the dongle is sensitive to overloadis sensitive to overload. speech codec

Hi all Re: Pepijn message. I too was wondering how the u-plane data was passed to the codec. 300-395-2 states that acelp-codec requires 2 * (137+1) 16bit samples per frame and not 216 + 216 bits indicated in the tch reordering file comments. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Best regards. Graham.
