jobs/gerrit-verifications: support up to 5 distros
I noticed that libosmocore wasn't building for debian:13 anymore in CI even though it has:
pipeline_binpkgs: "almalinux:8 centos:7 debian:10 debian:13"
This is because only 3 parameters for pipeline_binpkgs were supported. Increase the count to 5. When I wrote this initially I had also looked into making it so that new stages get added automatically depending on the amount of parameters, but didn't find a way to do it with the "groovy" language used for jenkins pipelines. Therefore just increase the count to 5 and add a test in a follow-up patch to ensure we can't go beyond that number without noticing in the future.
