OBS: build_binpkg: adjust for new almalinux repo We are enabling CentOS 8 compatible repositories again for very few packages. The URL for the package feed is now AlmaLinux_8 instead of CentOS_8, because AlmaLinux 8 is not EOL yet and seems to work best with OBS of the CentOS 8 compatible distros.
