_all_ the ASPs in broadcast traffic mode.
Osmocom (libosmo-sigtran) implements all above-mentioned traffic modes.
+
+==== Quality of Service (QoS) / IP DSCP
+
+Osmocom SIGTRAN support allows mapping abstract Quality of Service (QoS)
+classes to specific IP Differentiated Services Code Point (DSCP) values. This
+enables network operators to prioritize SIGTRAN signaling traffic (such as M3UA
+or SUA) across underlying IP transport networks.
+
+QoS classes are defined centrally under the `cs7 instance` node. Once defined,
+a QoS class can optionally be assigned to individual xUA listeners (`listen`
+node) or Application Server Processes (`asp` node).
+
+A QoS class that is assigned to an xUA listener applies to IP packets sent
+during negotiation with the socket server. This QoS class also applies to IP
+packets sent by the Application Server Process, if no class is assigned to it.

Change subject: sigtran.adoc: Rename 'SCTP role' to 'Transport layer role'
......................................................................
sigtran.adoc: Rename 'SCTP role' to 'Transport layer role'
The client/server behavior applies to both SCTP and TCP, hence this
concept was already renamed to "transport-role (client|server)" a while
ago in libosmo-sigtran.git. Do the same here.

PS1:
This is basically the same logic we have for "asp" node, applied to "listen" node.
I validated it through vty tests and also did some manual tests to make sure indeed the listening socket is closed and reopened when required by administrative state.
