I'm running off USRP N200 with a WBX board with UHD version 003.004.002-159. Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

Do the UHD / Gnuradio utilities like uhd_fft work ? Like if you tune to 1554.4 MHz, can you see the signal ?

This definitely look like a UHD issue so maybe try and ask in the gnuradio ml as well.
