For simplicity, that patch cuts short the msc_vlr codecs tests by validating only the first codec. Now test the full list of codecs properly. This also introduces testing the re-assignment that MO does to match MT's codec limitations, and removes the "EXPECTED FAILURE" markers. The diff shows that, as intended, the change in payload type number should result in modifying the MGW endpoint to change the earlier '112' to the modified '96' used in this test. Instead allow any arbitrary fmtp options, one per every codec. Deprecate all use of struct mgcp_codec_param. Instead, store and pass plain fmtp strings. We need to know fmtp details only for AMR, and only to probe whether it is octet-aligned. So add a separate fmtp string parser that returns that information flexibly, as in if (osmo_mgcp_fmtp_get_int("octet-aligned", 0) == 1) ... Provide legacy shims that still act correctly for any callers that may pass the old struct mgcp_codec_param. (I'm not sure if we need to keep this, but we can always drop it in another patch.) Adjust one mgcp_test.c: instead of returning only the octet-aligned parameter, now osmo-mgw keeps and returns all the fmtp parameters that the user provided. So add the missing "mode-change-capability". When a client wants to change the codec, it has to do that one RTP port at a time. So osmo-mgw *must* allow to configure an MGCP conn with a codec choice that mismatches the other conn. This is crucial to allow codec negotiation in osmo-msc: if MO has already assigned a specific codec, and later wants to re-assign to the codec that MT has chosen, the codec needs to be changed at osmo-mgw. Still fail if one side has no codecs -- the only reason is that changing this makes mgcp_test.c fail. (When the first CRCX arrives, how can the other side have a codec; so this behavior may change in the future.)
