Hi,
You may want to get in touch with the guys from 'metafunk'[1] . They are running a ham radio TETRA BTS from a mountain in Vienna, though I am not entirely sure whether it is DMO or TMO.
Should be DMO, those are quite common.
Is there documentation somewhere that describes what you have done?
It wasn't me, the Taunus Relais Gruppe http://www.trg-radio.de/ - they adopted some commercial BS for TMO. I will log in in two weeks and play with it a bit, when I get into the Frankfurt area.
