Can the nac be changed for transmitting? Haven't had a ton of time to look through the source.

Hi, Would it be possible to add scanning capability to op25 so we could scan a list of freqs or search for active freqs within some range?

looks like the nac maybe set in repeater_p25_frame_assembler.cc. there are a couple of functions in there that look like they put that value into the frame. but i never transmit so I am unfamiliar with this part of it.
