Seems like you might have some of the old version libraries still installed in /usr/local?
Hard to say, but usually the install.sh script found in the root of op25 takes care of
all that needs to be done.
If you get op25 running and still have no audio, post the beginning of the log file
(stderr.2) so we can see if there are any clues why it's silent.
