PS1, Line 304: extern int gtpie_getie(union gtpie_member * const ie[], int type, int instance);
> Ah nevermind, it's an out param right?
No, it returns the output for getie().
But I tried to change it to "const union gtpie_member * const ie[]" which doesn't work. I'm not sure, problably, because it expects the objects within ie[] to be const which is a different type.
Any other recommendation?
here is the output of gcc

Hello Jenkins Builder, laforge,
I'd like you to reexamine a change. Please visit
https://gerrit.osmocom.org/c/libosmo-sigtran/+/40586?usp=email
to look at the new patch set (#2).
The following approvals got outdated and were removed:
Code-Review+1 by laforge, Verified+1 by Jenkins Builder
Change subject: vty: Make sure user doesn't configure AS in ASP role with a non-local PC as routing-key

vty: Make sure user doesn't configure AS in ASP role with a non-local PC as routing-key
AS in ASP mode doesn't expect to route incomign traffic to other nodes.
They are expected to announce its routing-key (local PC) to the SG so it
knows how to reach it and in turn announce (un)availability to other
SG/ASPs in the network.

PS1, Line 9: AS
> well, it's not what the RFC authors had in mind, for sure. […]
If the AS(P) of one of the STPs is configured with role ASP, then yeah we may want to configure there using a remote PC.
We also have a global "enum cs7_role_t cs7_role" which we set based on call to osmo_ss7_vty_init_asp() or osmo_ss7_vty_init_sg().
I'll add that into the logic check so that the validation is only done when global cs7_role = CS7_ROLE_ASP.
