if possible could you post screen prints of the various tabs - in particular I'd like to see the Spectrum, Datascope, and Constellation (with the "differential" option selected). Also post the command line you're using and make sure to use a high verbosity level (-v 255). Sounds like you're very close... In OH most of the counties are LSM but there are a few that are C4FM...
