VTY 'show gtp': more accurately identify local/remote IP
Indicate whether a shown IP address is local or remote, by adding '-l' or '-r' to the field names shown.
So far, osmo-upf is only tracking remote GTP addrs, but we are about to implement choosing local GTP addrs by Network Instance IEs. Those should also be shown and will need to be set apart from the remote addresses.
