Please see the new patch version. I added support for TW-TS-001/002 output to OsmoMGW-E1 (still not good enough for production use, I still see no other viable path forward than wholesale replacement of OsmoMGW-E1 with tw-e1abis-mgw, but why not have it, just another little bit closer to a proper E1 Abis MGW), and I added the requested manual section.
