(what was the motivation? did you suspect a bug somewhere?)
Well, I needed to pick a new T-value for testing `OSMO_TDEF_US` and thought it would be a good idea to use a negative value, killing two birds with one stone: testing handling of `OSMO_TDEF_US` and X-timers.
