Hmm. I am also not sure about this. I wonder
how it is with large IP based BTS. Presumably latency is also an argument for putting the
PCU as close as possible to the BSS. I don't know I only saw the BTS co-located PCU
scheme in femto-BTSs so far, but I also never saw a large IP based BTS...
