Fine, just wanted you to notice those existed too in case it made sense.

The gsm0808_cell_id is missing the RAC values. LAI+LAC exists, but not RAI+RAC.

struct osmo_cell_global_id_ps sound like a 2G term. We would misuse the cellid fields as RNCid field.
