But I think it's a legitimate use case to connect e.g. two osmo-stp to each other and route via M3UA. As we don't do IPSP, one of them will be ASP role. Manual routes will then have to be set up. I suppose your patch doesn't break that use case?

Background info: In real SS7 networks one would likely use M2PA betewen two sigtran STPs, and not M3UA. However, osmo-stp sadly doesn't yet implement M2PA...
