There isn't really any dependency on me, aside from creating the legacy cgit mirror. I documented the intended process at https://osmocom.org/projects/osmocom-servers/wiki/Creating_a_new_gerrit_+_gi... and am happy to receive bug reports if something doesn't work as expected. The entire point of migrating from gitolite to gitea was to enable all of you to create repositories in the infrastructure by the respective web UIs.
