PS1: That may be a bit problematic. For instance sometimes linter may fail and that's fine since we are simply moving code around, or importing code from somewhere else. If that's the case, I wouldn't receive an email as a non-owner so I'm not going to ever review it unless somebody pings me personally afaiu.
