With OsmoBSC Idf2d933aa8b03b1f708e56a08707fe6c620a97aa, instead of hardcoding some features for OsmoBTS in OsmoBSC, only the features reported by the BTS are used. Therefore report that BTS_FEATURE_CCN is supported in OsmoBTS. For previous OsmoBSC versions, this fixes the message: Get Attributes Response: reported feature 'CCN' is not supported, while we thought it is.
