PS2: Please note: because current OsmoMSC master doesn't work for me at all (must be some breakage from the merging of SDP changes, and I don't have the necessary time budget right now to debug it), I currently run with the present patch (plus the call waiting band-aid patch) on top of 2023-02 stable release - see falconia/production branch. However, simple examination of the code in current master confirms that the bug addressed by the present patch is very much still there, and I see no reason why the fix contained here (which works on top of 2023-02 release) won't do the same for current master. I submitted the patch here on the reasoning that (1) the bug is still there and (2) people will likely appreciate having a fix for it.
