do you really need a TODO-RELEASE entry for an added function? […]
Are you the one looking at tons of commit log lines every few months for +10 projects? I am, and I really find this information helpful when spending hours and hours having to release everything. Furthermore, I also think it's useful since then the main API changes (additions, removals, modifications) show up sumamrized in a diff in the commit message of the release.
