PS18: Hi Neels,

I appreciate the review. I currently have reduced availability due to some vacation days but will address the comments and update the patchset early next week.

One clarification before I address the comments: I definitely want to record milliseconds (if only for clarity...no one uses decaseconds) but don't need to update the timer each millisecond. Is it possible to keep resolution at milliseconds but only trigger updates every 1/10th of a second? This would be ideal to me.

Everything else looks good to me. I just need a chance to implement + post back here.
