PS1: The point here is: there is no such facility nor even a concept of a 'low-priority' WDT in this Cortex-M4F, therefore it can not be started, and hence your comment is simply wrong. This rather reads like a typo/thinko from the errata workaround where they want to have the WDT initialized w/ "low(est) period" .
