Yes. I don't want a "proper" global lib that only exists for one single very specific use case... […]
Ok, I am fine with having just a static library and maintaining a submodule in osmo-trx.git. Do we want the 'osmo_' prefix in a static library (see https://gerrit.osmocom.org/c/osmocom-bb/+/30102/1)? I guess no and just 'trxcon_' would be enough.
