PS2: Can't we have both rpms and debs built as 1 job? Even better if it's done as a next step of the regular gerrit jenkins job, so we end up with 1 job doing all tests and another one for the linter.

Otherwise we end up receiving 4 emails each time a patch is submitted afaiu, which is quite a lot.
