PS1: I wasn't aware / looked but didn't find the apn.c ones. They should work.

BTW, i had found another implementation in osmo-hlr.git and they didn't fit so well with the msgb target, using avoidable dynamic allocation: osmo_mdns_rfc_qname_encode() osmo_mdns_rfc_qname_decode() maybe we should also replace those with the apn.c implementations
