the user must not supply any of those tc_power_grp parameters. Only if one of them is specified, all of them must be specified.

There are no default parameters, as this is electrical/hardware details about the sim card reader circuit which pysim has no clue of.

I just added this if anyone ever wants to play with it. The real reason for this command is the euicc related options.
