@fixeria, after this we still need to somehow signal to L1CTL that this MS should return to idle mod […]
I guess this can be done by the modem app itself based on some timer?  i.e. if no TBF CFGs were requested during the last N seconds and there are no active ones, the modem app automatically switches back to BCCH.  What do you think?
