Makefile: Update titan.ProtocolModules.BSSMAP to new osmocom/master branch

The repository branches were rebased and rearranged, where now its master branch follows upstream, and we keep an osmocom/master branch with our own patches (Osmux, not aimed at upstream) which can then be rebased on top of master.
