PS1: So far the philosophy was that the defaults apply if nothing else is configured explicitly by the user.

Now it seems that the defaults will implicitly generate VTY output in the address book. Can those default entries be removed by the user? I.e. if they are removed (config file edit or vty), are they then showing up again if you do the next `write file` ?
