@vyanitskiy@sysmocom.de: thank you for pointing out that Osmocom parser treats unknown IEIs as TLV! I haven't looked at what 08.58 says (I've been looking at Abis-IP as an Osmocom-specific interface anyway), but 48.008 (BSSMAP) says that the parser shall stop at the first unknown IEI, and I just assumed that Abis RSL is the same.
