ttcn3-ggsn-test: kernel-gtp: add ipv6

Change type-support from v4 to v4v6 for the "internet" apn. With this, some of the ipv6 and ipv4v6 test cases pass.

I've also tried to add extra inet6 and inet46 blocks to the config, as in osmo-ggsn.cfg. But configuring multiple APNs with kernel GTP is not supported in osmo-ggsn: cannot create GTP tunnel device: Device or resource busy
