I'm not sure how to proceed with the build error. lib/config.py states 'python/osmo-python-tests' (sounding like a git repo) while it complains that 'pyosmocom' is not defined (sounding like a package name)?

probably not worth the effort. my main reason of packaging this is that we recently have jenkins build failures complaining that there's no debian packaging for this.
