Ack, my fault, I remembered wrong some stuff from when I added the tun to the modem app.
I can successfully drop the "--priviledged" param, but I still need to pass the param "-u root" though, otherwise it runs as "build" user created in /debian-bookworm-erlang/Dockerfile.
