The missing-activation-ACK test is stuck on a minor ttcn3 issue -- since the current reporter of the failure suffers from missing-release-ACK only, i'm postponing testing of the missing-activation-ACK case (I3e1ce618f8ea9a96f28ec6f442bea061ee86bd2c).
