Can you explain why you didn't add the libosmo-pfcp to the master-libosmo-netif trigger instead? […]
Because neither libosmo-pfcp depends on libosmo-netif, nor on libosmo-abis. The only dependency is libosmocore, so it should be triggered by libosmocore. So the code is correct, but the comment is not.
