CI failure here is expected, as it isn't adjusted for libosmo-sigtran private APIs yet. […]
why does only debian:10 and debian:12 fail, but not build? because it is still using libosmo-sccp for build, not libosmo-sigtran yet in contrib/jenkins.sh (was adjusted on master in https://gerrit.osmocom.org/c/osmo-hnbgw/+/38171)
