Patch Set 6: (1 comment) Patchset: PS5: Unfortunately I do not find the code location at the moment, but there is a check that checks if we are still in the OML bootstrap process and during that phase RSL commands are blocked. Thats why we have to wait until OML is done and then the timeslot FSM may send the RSL channel activation that is needed to activate the PDCH. I have seen the PCU can also request PDCHs to be activated. This probably happens after OML anyway and if not it probably retrys (I don't know that in detail). In any case, I want to get this mechanism going.
