[S] Change in libosmo-abis[master]: Send raw data with e1d as it arrives from application

Patch Set 1: (1 comment) Patchset: PS1: e1d reads as much data from the unix socket as it needs to send. I don't see a reason why writing to that socket (from libosmo-abis) with any chunk size would be a problem.
