Yes. I don't want a "proper" global lib that only exists for one single very specific use case... The transceiver lives in the osmo-trx repo because it shares some code with osmo-trx, and there is no point trying to split that, but it needs the trxcon part of osmocom-bb and links to it, so the plan was to have osmocom-bb as a submodule of osmo-trx and build a static lib.
