Patch Set 2: (1 comment) Patchset: PS2: This is also needed because I need an extra patch exporting PCO enc/dec from gtplib, so we need to use our fork. Furthermore, 3.2.0 seems to have tons of fixes and improvements from the gtp 3.2.0 we were using (which the tag didn't even showed up in the git repo, so god knows which version was it exactly). The only drawback is that version of gtplib needs newer OTP, which is available in debian12 but not debian11. But I think it's acceptable. @lynxis@fe80.eu also was fine with it.
