I'm wondering whether we can really expect NOPE.ind to happen in those slots in a
dense urban interference-limited environment? Sure in rural power-limited environments
there will likely be nothing else in the channel, but in urban situations? Can we always
rely on no uplink signal with similar TSC from a surrounding cell filling the burst with
something?
